Thorpe Park is home to some of the most amazing rides around. There is something for everyone, young and old and although the younger ones may not enjoy a ride such as Stealth, there is plenty to cater their needs with rides specially designed for the younger ones!

Stealth- 2006's biggest attraction, returned in 2007 with modifications to make it go even faster, pushing you even further. With an acceleration of 0-80mph in 2.5 seconds, and a height of 205ft, Stealth is an experience not to be missed.

Colossus- Like Stealth, Collosus was also a big hit in 2006 and like Stealth it is a ride designed for true thrill-seekers. With a maximum G-Force of 4.2 and a duration of 1:34, Collusus will push you to your limits.

Nemisis Inferno- Opened in April 2003, Nemisis Inferno has been a huge success and is still highly popular today. With a maximum speed of almost 50mph, you will find yourself flying through the air, encountering many twists and turns.

Detonator- An explosive, gravity defying drop ride that winches riders 100ft in the air before firing them back to earth at 75km per hour with a G-Force of 5.5, the most G’s the body can take!

Fun for the Family

With Stealth and Collosus being a bit too daunting for younger children, Thorpe Park provides the perfect solution. It hs many rides designed to keeping the little ones entertained, including the flying fish, a rollercoaster with all the fun of Nemisis Inferno, but catered for a younger audience. Also experiences such as Logger's Leap and Storm in a Teacup are not to be missed!

Getting There -

Thorpe Park is located between junction 11 and 13 of the M25, but it should be noted access from junction 12 is not possible. Trains run regulaly from Waterloo to the nearby station of Staines. The bus station is a 5 minute walk from the station where the 950 Thorpe park express departs.
