Alpine Ski

Alpine Ski offer a number of different snowsports and various other activities aimed at kids of al ages. Great fun for all the family with an opportunity to learn new sports under the guidance of professional, qualified staff who offer hints and tips along the way. Alpine Ski also has many different slopes with challenges for all abilities, whether you are a novice or a seasoned skiier!!

Family Lessons - For families who are new to snow based sports, and who want the opportunity to learn something fun and different, Alpine Ski has the answer. For just £100, up to 2 adults and 3 children can enjoy a private two-hour session with helpful and friendly staff who help you take the first steps you need to be able to tackle the slopes alone. These sessions are subject to availability and need to be booked by calling 01252 325 889.

Alternativley, lessons can be taken on individual basis. The lesson program consist of 4, 90 minute long sessions that let you tackle the basics before being able to put your new found skills to the test! Adults are £85, and juniors are £75. Juniors must be aged between 12 and 16.

Junior Lessons - For younger children under the age of 12, there are seperate lessons suited to be a little easier to learn. The age categories are subdivided into 4-6yrs old and 7-12yrs old and are run at different times. Although juniors aged 12 and over can join the adult lessons described above, there are also very welcome to join in with the junior lessons. All lessons need to be booked and the junior sessions run only on Saturdays. Details of junior lessons are given below and to book a lesson now, call 01252 325 889.

Snowboarding Lessons - Snowbaording is becoming ever popular and Alpine Ski provide opportunities for everyone to learn this cool sport. Juniors under 17 can join the snowboarding course for just £32.50, and this gives a great introduction to the necessary basics of the sport. Juniors above 12 can join in with the adult lessons and three 90 minute sessions should have you up to speed and ready to challenge the slopes alone!! Prices are £79 for adults and £69 for juniors.

Once you've tackled the basics and are fairly confident, you can then go out in the practice sessions and show what you've learnt. Available whenever Alpine is open, practice sessions are great fun and provide an exicting adventutre for the whole family to enjoy. These sessions take place on the main slope, and during off-peak times, the nursery slope may be available, but this will need to be confirmed on arrival. Prices are given below and include all necessary equipment and snowbaord boots and is valid for 2 hours.

Instructor led activities include snowblading, introduction and development of skiing, introduction and development of snowboarding and many more! It costs just £80 for the whole year and for more details call reception on 01252 325 889.

Do-Nuts: Do-Nuts are large inflatable rings that can be spun and linked together as they slide down the hill. It's fast, furious & fun!!
Do-nuts are available every day although pre booking is required. All sessions are fully supervised and suitable from 4 years of age upwards and yes..that includes adults! It costs just £8 per hour.

Opening Times

Getting There - Leave M3 at J4. Follow signs onto A331 towards Aldershot/ Farnham. Continue along A331 until you reach the Aldershot exit. The slip road off the A331 will take you up to a roundabout. Turn right (4th exit) at the roundabout. towards Aldershot Town Centre. Continue for a quarter of a mile then move into right hand lane.  Turn right into North Lane. Follow North Lane to the very end and at the mini roundabout. turn right. Continue for a quarter of a mile. Turn left into Gallwey Road. The Ski Centre is located at the top of Gallwey Road on the right. There are Ski Centre signs from the bottom of North Lane onwards
