Sheffield Ski Village is the perfect place for the family to come and enjoy a day skiing, snowboarding and with lots of kids activities to try, there is something for everyone to do! Even if you are not skilled enough to take to the slopes on your own, Sheffield provides lessons by highly qualified, experienced staff, where you can learn how to ski or snowboard in a weekend, or take it at a more leisurely pace - it's up to you!
Skiing - If you are not confident to tackle the slopes without guidance or are new to the sport, Sheffield Ski provides a wide range of courses that offer different criteria.

| Learn in a weekend | Four hours of instruction throughout the day, with refreshments included. A qualified instructor will take you from the basic technique starting on the nursery slopes, progressing onto one of the blue runs. | £80 | £72 |
| Beginners | The beginner ski lessons are divided into 4 x 90 minute sessions, and are designed to blend and develop skills at a rate that suits you. Each session has an aim but the exact content will be tailored to the group. | £24 | £21 |

| Guaranteed to Ski | Book all four beginner lessons as a package, and if you still unable to ski down the longest blue run, Sheffield will repeat the Lesson 4 for FREE until you can! Snowboarding - A great alternative to skiing down the magnificant slopes is to snowboard instead! If you're not that confident at snowboarding, don't worry as help is on hand. There are many courses for you to try and this activity suits all ages and provides great family fun.

Kids Activities - Sheffield Ski also has many kids activities aimed at children aged between 5 and 15. The activities include academies and lessons are provided specifically for children of these ages. Great fun and emphasis is placed on fun and enjoyment as well as developing skills and learning the basics at each child's own pace. Read on for more details.
