Paintballs travel at up to 300 feet per second and they are made from a non-toxic substance and is perfectly safe provided you wear the protective gear at all times. Paintballing is a fun-packed, adrenaline filled activity that provides excitement and enjoyment for all. Under English regulations, the minimum age for a child to join in is 11 years old with some centres requiring children to be at least 12yrs and in full-time secondary education.
