Since its completion in 1894, Tower Bridge has presided over the River Thames and has become one of the most world-renowned bridges of all time. Tower Bridge offers you the opportunity to see some of London's top attractions, and picturesque landscape from the high-level walkways, that let you enjoy the panaramic views to the full.

The picture above demonstrates the kind of view that you can expect to experience when you take to the skies and walk along the gantry. With glass windows filling the entire wall, there are plenty of opportunities to see the capital in all its glory, and provide you with a picture opportunity not to be missed. Tower Bridge is a spectacle like no other and boasts unique qualities that can't be found anywhere else. If visiting London, then this is sure to be an attraction to visit.

In 2007, Tower Bridge celebrated 25 years of welcoming visitors to the exhibition, and as well as experiencing the fantastic views on offer, there is also an opportunity to visit the Victorian Engine rooms, that house the steam engines used to power the Tower lifts. This is a remarkable sight, and so it is well worth trying to time your visit with a bridge lift, which happens approximately 1000 times a year. If you want to coincide your visit with a bridge lift, a full list of when the lifts are scheduled is at the following link: http://www.towerbridge.org.uk/TowerBridge/English/BridgeLifts/schedule.htm
